The host for our first US show will be The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Hotel. Meetings and Conventions

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is revolutionizing the convention industry in the heart of The Strip. With one-of-a-kind private terraces, breathtaking views, and 190,000-square-feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, this luxury resort is adding new and exciting dimensions to the meeting experience. Here, a broad selection of meeting room types can accommodate groups from 10 to 5,000, and oversized living-spaces cater to comfort.

Spanning three floors, the meeting and convention space offers seven ballrooms ranging from 7,000 to 37,000 square feet, 40,000-square-foot event and performance space The Chelsea, and strategically placed elevators allowing easy access to guests’ rooms. Space on the fourth level is complemented by direct access to Boulevard Pool, making it the perfect location for outdoor events. From intimate gatherings to large receptions, the gracious curation staff designs around clients’ needs, creating a unique environment, selecting entertainment and crafting menus that align with the goals of the meeting all while setting the desired mood for attendees.

Our association has reserved the Gracia meeting space on the third level, which is the largest of the three, featuring a total of 100,000 square feet of conference space. The Business Centeris conveniently located in the middle of the space, and the floor also encompasses three ballrooms, ranging in size from 8,500 to 27,000 square feet, and 15,000 square feet of common/pre-function space. 

Reception Suites

The open and unconventional Reception Suites at The Cosmopolitan are ideal for almost type of gathering. Whether it’s an early morning meeting or a late-night function, these suites were designed for maximum flexibility and can be curated to fit every need. Each suite features 1,050 square feet (320 square meter) of space with comfortable seating, and an oversized, fully-equipped kitchen area. Suites also easily convert to an elegant, overnight space with a king-sized Seco bed, and drop down bedside table.

Especially for our guests, our association has booked the Reception Suites, the Wraparound Terrace Suites (including a bedroom) and the Terrace Suites (bedroom included).

Catering services

Unique flavors, authentic tastes, distinct culinary creations. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers a full range of catering services to help satisfy every meeting’s ultimate goal. Have one of our gourmet chefs curate a personalized menu for your group, or choose from extensive selections that include internationally inspired receptions, buffet spreads and themed action stations. We also offer Chef Meal of the Day, a special daily menu created by one of our gourmet chefs. Smaller groups of 10-50 persons can avail themselves of this unique option for no additional fee.

The restaurant collection at The Cosmopolitan is a true culinary celebration featuring world-class flavors from acclaimed chefs making their Las Vegas debut. As every year, there is an excellent range of sponsorship opportunities available for our 2021 Conference in Las Vegas. Please check our Sponsorship Booklet available in the Downloads area of this event. The sponsorship packages can include up to 5 free attendance tickets., depending of the package. All Main, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors will receive acknowledgement as a sponsor:

• when- and wherever the conference is publicized
• wherever the 2020 sponsors are collectively listed
• on the new conference website.

For our show floor, ERA GLOBAL has reserved the entire Gracia meeting space on the third level of the hotel, plus 6 extra meeting rooms. The 3rd floor is the largest of the three, featuring a total of 100,000 square feet of conference space. 

The meeting area on the 3rd floor dedicated to the ERA GLOBAL Conference features:

• the show floor consisting in 12 booths and 23 business lounge table set-ups.
• 6 individual meeting rooms.
• a generous networking area.

Exhibitors information

Exhibiting at the ERA GLOBAL Conferences is the best way for the world to learn about your products. You also get a great listing on the conference website leading up to the event! One FREE full attendee registration is included in the exhibitor’s package.

Exhibitors at the trade show are provided with 3x2m standardised exhibition booths. The booth price quoted in the price list includes:

• the exhibitor sign.
• lighting.
• basic furniture.
• electricity.
• one free registration.
• any additional attendee at a special rate.

Business Lounge Information

The Business Lounge tables are very popular at the conference, so book early to make sure you get your space. This is where a lot of meetings are held and business gets done in a suitable working environment. The Business Lounge tables are right in the middle of the exhibition area.

Booking one of 23 tables in the Business Lounge is a very cost effective, comfortable and convenient way to have somewhere to hold all your meetings. It also makes it easy for people to find you on the floor plan. A Business Lounge table arrangement comes with two chairs, a sofa and a table. 

Meeting rooms and suites are the more private option and come with audio-video equipment. Together we can, of course, build  the perfect set-up for your meetings, in line with your needs.

The show floor, including the booths and Business Lounge tables, follows the official rules regarding COVID-19 in place on March 2021. The showfloor plan may incur changes due to the current situation.

The event for our first timers takes place on 20th September

This event is for you if:

In order to provide a full picture of the industry for the first timer, ERA GLOBAL will bring together a balanced mix of product suppliers, distributors and service providers to meet the first timers.

About the First Timer Business Speed Dating Event

The First Timer event is a great networking opportunity to conduct business. For new companies, this event is key to meet relevant business contacts in order to experience a successful show. This format is designed to be a platform for new companies and established companies to meet.

The 1st timers and established companies will be grouped together, so that the both companies would be able to quickly present who they are and then discuss potential business opportunities.

• The 1st timer will get a relevant business lead. Additionally, he might receive some guidance how to be a perfect business partner.
• The established player will find fresh new ideas and potentially a new business partner.

After one set of business meeting ends, the business speed dates will rotate and new parties will be introduced to each other. The program will be announced prior to the conference.
