The host for our first US show will be The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Hotel. With their unique meeting spaces, unrivalled atmosphere and impeccable catering, the hotel will offer a seamless and exquisite conference and a spectacular and unforgettable Las Vegas experience for us all. Meetings and Conventions

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is revolutionizing the convention industry in the heart of The Strip. With one-of-a-kind private terraces, breathtaking views, and 190,000-square-feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, this luxury resort is adding new and exciting dimensions to the meeting experience. Here, a broad selection of meeting room types can accommodate groups from 10 to 5,000, and oversized living-spaces cater to comfort.

Spanning three floors, the meeting and convention space offers seven ballrooms ranging from 7,000 to 37,000 square feet, 40,000-square-foot event and performance space The Chelsea, and strategically placed elevators allowing easy access to guests’ rooms. Space on the fourth level is complemented by direct access to Boulevard Pool, making it the perfect location for outdoor events. Extra meeting space: the Suites

The open and unconventional Reception Suites at The Cosmopolitan are ideal for almost type of gathering. Whether it’s an early morning meeting or a late-night function, these suites were designed for maximum flexibility and can be curated to fit every need. Each suite features 1,050 square feet (320 square meter) of space with comfortable seating, and an oversized, fully-equipped kitchen area. Suites also easily convert to an elegant, overnight space with a king-sized Seco bed, and drop down bedside table.

Especially for our guests, our association has booked the Reception Suites, the Wraparound Terrace Suites (photo) and the Terrace Suites (bedroom included).

Catering services

Unique flavors, authentic tastes, distinct culinary creations. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers a full range of catering services to help satisfy every meeting’s ultimate goal. Have one of our gourmet chefs curate a personalized menu for your group, or choose from extensive selections that include internationally inspired receptions, buffet spreads and themed action stations. We also offer Chef Meal of the Day, a special daily menu created by one of our gourmet chefs. Smaller groups of 10-50 persons can avail themselves of this unique option for no additional fee.

The restaurant collection at The Cosmopolitan is a true culinary celebration featuring world-class flavors from acclaimed chefs making their Las Vegas debut. An esquisite venue for the 2022 show floor

For our show floor, ERA GLOBAL has reserved the entire Chelsea venue (photo right).  This 40,000-square-foot venue, split over two levels, offers guests a more avant-garde approach to meetings and entertainment than other Las Vegas options. The transformable space features cast glass chandeliers, a vintage lobby bar, private VIP opera boxes, and a decorative grand staircase. Located just steps from the resort’s restaurants, lounges, and gaming floor, an event at The Chelsea combines flexible design and the latest technology with the resort’s purpose-driven planning services.. 

The meeting area dedicated to the ERA GLOBAL Conference features:

• the show floor consisting in 12 booths and 17 special business lounge table set-ups.
• 7 individual meeting rooms.
• a generous networking area.

Exhibiting at the ERA GLOBAL Conferences is the best way for the world to learn about your products. You also get a great listing on the conference website leading up to the event! One FREE full attendee registration is included in the exhibitor’s package.

Exhibitors at the trade show are provided with 3x2m standardised exhibition booths. The booth price quoted in the price list includes:

• the exhibitor sign.
• lighting.
• basic furniture.
• electricity.
• one free registration.
• any additional attendee at a special rate.

Business Lounge Information

The Business Lounge tables are very popular at the conference, so book early to make sure you get your space. This is where a lot of meetings are held and business gets done in a suitable working environment. The Business Lounge tables are on the upper level of Chelsea, offering an intimate set-up, as well as a great view over the exhibition area. 

Booking one of 19 tables in the Business Lounge is a very cost effective, comfortable and convenient way to have somewhere to hold all your meetings. It also makes it easy for people to find you on the floor plan. 

Meeting rooms and suites are the more private option. Together we can, of course, build  the perfect set-up for your meetings, in line with your needs.

The show floor, including the booths and Business Lounge tables, follows the official rules regarding COVID-19 in place on March 2022. The showfloor plan may incur changes due to the current situation.

Business Speed Dating Event

The event for our first timers takes place on the first day of the conference

Have you never attended our conferences or are you new to the industry? Then join the First Timer Event, which guarantees meetings with relevant companies from the industry. 

This event is for you if:

• you are new in the industry or in the community.
• you want to grow your business network.
• you want the world to know your products.
• you want to find new channels to sell your products.

In order to provide a full picture of the industry for the first timer, ERA GLOBAL will bring together a balanced mix of product suppliers, distributors and service providers to meet the first timers.

About the First Timer Business Speed Dating Event

The First Timer event is a great networking opportunity to conduct business. For new companies, this event is key to meet relevant business contacts in order to experience a successful show. This format is designed to be a platform for new companies and established companies to meet.

The 1st timers and established companies will be grouped together, so that the both companies would be able to quickly present who they are and then discuss potential business opportunities.

• The 1st timer will get a relevant business lead. Additionally, he might receive some guidance how to be a perfect business partner.
• The established player will find fresh new ideas and potentially a new business partner.

After one set of business meeting ends, the business speed dates will rotate and new parties will be introduced to each other. The program will be announced prior to the conference.
