Jonas De Cooman

Jonas De Cooman is Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Spott, an innovative company from Belgium, the reference for interactive and shoppable content. Spott has offices in Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Lisbon & Brussels.

From 2013 – 2015, Jonas was European Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola, North West Europe & Nordics (London, Paris, Brussels), and before that held various brand management positions from 2005 – 2012 for The Coca Cola company and Unilever. During this time, Jonas successfully deployed a number of key projects which helped propel his career within the FMCG industry: he launched a unique & differentiating partnership to support the launch of a new product range for Becel/Flora pro-active, he redefined the strategy and marketing plan of the oldest margarine brand in the Unilever portfolio (Solo) which resulted in a spectacular increase in market penetration, and within Coca-Cola, his strategic and entrepreneurial skills helped him to grow the business to record-level results.

Jonas De Cooman holds an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business
and a Post-Grad Master in General Management from the Vlerick Management School (Business School). He also has a Bachelor in Engineering and a Masters in Engineering (Biotechnology) both from the Catholic University Leuven (KUL).

Jonas is also an annual Guest Lecturer in Marketing Management at University of Antwerp. He speaks 4 languages: Dutch (native), French, English and German.
