Biography

Oliver Hateley

Starting his career as a legal researcher on international trade issues for a Brussels-based law firm.

Starting his career as a legal researcher on international trade issues for a Brussels-based law firm, Oliver moved into EU public affairs where he advises companies and associations on digital single market policy.

As the Senior Adviser for International Trade and Data Economy at the European eCommerce & Omni-Channel Trade Association (EMOTA), Oliver advises EMOTA’s membership on a wide range of issues: from product safety to data protection. He holds both an LLM in European Law and a Bachelor of Law from the United Kingdom.
